Orders by Cheque
We are happy to accept orders by cheque. You can follow normal check out procedure and choose “Purchase by Mailing a Cheque”. You will then be able to print out your order and simply forward a cheque to us quoting your order reference number. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque clears.

Egertondirect.co.uk collects the information you give on your order form. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 information about you is lawfully collected through the ordering process. We use this information to process your order only. We do not pass your details to anyone else. The type of information we collect about you includes your name and address, your phone number, your email address and your credit card details.
All our products on the website exclude VAT. The delivery charge (where applicable) for each product is displayed alongside the product details. There are no other hidden charges – you know exactly what the cost will be.
Delivery is within the UK mainland only. If you require delivery outside the UK please contact us. Delivery normally takes place within 3 to 4 working days. However, in the unlikely event that there is a delay in delivery we will inform you, the purchaser, by email. If this is not acceptable to you, you have the option to cancel your order and will receive a full refund. The carriers will require a signature upon delivery so please make sure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to receive the goods (usually between 9am and 5pm).
An additional carriage charge may apply to parts of Scotland and the Islands etc. Please telephone us if you are unsure if this affects you.
Whilst we try to meet all our orders, we cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation for any disappointment endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time. All orders are subject to availability.
Returns and Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order or require any advice regarding your new purchase, please contact us or telephone us at 01948 666526, 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday. Standard call charges apply. We attempt to answer all emails within 24 hours.
You have the option to return any product within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. All monies shall be returned to you within 30 days. N.B. This does not apply to larger industrial equipment which may be subject to a restocking fee.
Transit damaged goods must be reported by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery and must be signed for as received in a damaged condition. We will then arrange for collection of the damaged goods and you are entitled to either a full refund or a replacement.
After Sales Service
Egertondirect.co.uk only supplies brand named products. These companies have an extensive network of After Sales Service Centre’s thereby ensuring that in the unlikely event of any problems with your machines, you will receive a prompt and efficient repair service. All our products are covered by a full manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience or disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem with defective manufacture of any goods.
